*Problem Summary:
*    The ROPES SVC, if used, required an IPL to install, unless you
*    already had a program available to do the install dynamically
*
*Symptoms:
*    Either an IPL was required or you had to write a program to
*    install the ROPES SVC dynamically.
*
*Temporary Fix:
*    The following new source member must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        SVCUPDTE
*
*Permanent Fix:
*    This enhancement will be distributed in the next release of
*    ROPES.
